His leadership ensures that Nkataso’s career readiness, financial literacy, and confidence-building programs deliver measurable impact and life-changing outcomes for young people. He is passionate about bridging the gap between education and real-world opportunity.
Sena oversees Nkataso’s Arts and Crafts Programs, helping young people explore creativity, innovation, and self-expression through art-based learning. Her work focuses on building confidence and transferable skills through creative activities that encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and personal growth.
